Short, hands-on activities with lots of talk and making.More independent work, and longer projects.Bigger questions, and more ownership of the plan.Work tied to their courses and next steps. Mentors co-lead with the teacher in a timetabled block.Hikmah runs the program on site after the bell.A focused stretch with a start, a build and a showcase.
How it runs
- Begin
A conversation with your team, then a diagnostic snapshot of the cohort.
- Build
Students compare AI answers with sources, spot errors and explain their own reasoning.Teams choose a real problem, research it, build a first version and revise it.Regular seminars on a shared text, with students taking turns to lead.Students research a motion, build cases, practise rebuttal and give useful feedback.Small groups work on the root skills the diagnostic found, checking mastery before moving on.
- Show
Each student presents a question they investigated with and without AI.A showcase for classmates, families and staff.A seminar led entirely by students, open to families or another class.A debate tournament within the program, judged against a clear rubric.A fresh diagnostic showing what is now secure and what comes next.
- Report
A monthly report to the school, a progress update for each family, then a review together.
